Okay, I've noticed that we've been getting most of our deviations being submitted in the wrong folder. So here's a step-by-step of everything so everyone knows where to submit what.

Main Folders

This folder is locked to everyone but Co-founders and myself.

Mane Six And Spike

Deviations that should go into this folder:
Artworks only, with two or more of the mane six and Spike. For example.

Pictures of Twilight and Spike go here. Pictures of all the mane six. Pictures of Rarity and Applejack, Ect, Ect. If it has two mane six and/or spike and no one else, it goes here.

>Spike
This should only contain pictures that are Spike ALONE, or with a pet such as Owlolicious, Gummy, Angel, Smartypants, ect.

>Fluttershy
This should only contain pictures that are Fluttershy ALONE, or with a pet such as Owlolicious, Gummy, Angel, Smartypants, ect.

>Rarity
This should only contain pictures that are Rarity ALONE, or with a pet such as Owlolicious, Gummy, Angel, Smartypants, Tom, ect.

>Rainbow Dash
This should only contain pictures that are Rainbow Dash ALONE, or with a pet such as Owlolicious, Gummy, Angel, Smartypants, ect.

>Applejack
This should only contain pictures that are Applejack ALONE, or with a pet such as Owlolicious, Gummy, Angel, Smartypants, ect.

>Twilight Sparkle
This should only contain pictures that are Twilight Sparkle ALONE, or with a pet such as Owlolicious, Gummy, Angel, Smartypants, ect.

2+ Characters

This folder is for anything that doesn't fit in Mane Six and Spike, CMC, or Minor Characters. Such as, a picture with Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo. The Mane Six and the Princesses. Ect, Ect.
Examples:

Minor characters do not belong here. If a minor character is with a CMC or a Mane Six and/or Spike, then it belongs here. In addition, Discord/Minors and Discord/Princesses belong here as well. All pictures that only have Minor characters in them go into the Minor Characters folder, if there's more than one of them.

Discord

This folder is for Discord, and only Discord. He should be alone and not have any other characters with him. If he has any companions, it belongs in 2+.

Cutie Mark Crusaders

This main folder is only for Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Applebloom. The main folder should only contain pictures of all three, or two of the CMC's. No other characters belong here, if there are other characters with the CMC's, then they go in 2+.

A folder for pictures that ONLY contain Sweetie Belle.

>Scootaloo
A folder for pictures that ONLY contain Scootaloo.

>Applebloom
A folder for pictures that ONLY contain Applebloom.

Derpy Hooves and Dinky

This folder is for pictures of Derpy alone, Dinky alone, and pictures of them both together. Pretty straight forward.

Minor or Background Characters

This folder is our biggest by far, so there's a lot going on here. First of all, things that belong in the main folder are thusly: Pictures that contain two or more Minor Characters, with the exception of Lyra and Bonbon, since they have a join sub-folder together. In addition, pictures of minor characters who do not have a sub folder belong here. IE: Silver Spoon, Diamond Tiara, Carrot Top, Gummy, ect.
Examples of both:

>Vinyl Scratch/DJ-PON3
This folder is only for pictures of DJ-Pon3.

>The Wonderbolts
This folder is only for pictures of The Wonderbolts, including alone picture of Spitfire, Soarin', ect.

>Big Macintosh
This folder is only for pictures of Big Mac.

>Trixie
This folder is only for pictures of  The Great and Powerful Trixie.

>Zecora
This folder is only for pictures of Zecora, as well as pictures of her family.

>Octavia
This folder is only for pictures of Octavia.

>Dr. Whooves
This folder is only for pictures of Dr. Whooves, as well as any other Whovian ponies that have been spotted.

>Lyra and Bon-Bon
This one if for pictures of Lyra on her own, Bon-Bon on her own, as well as the two of them together. Since they are 90% of the time in the same shot together in canon and all that.

>Pipsqueak
This folder is only for pictures of Pipsqueak/Pip the Pirate!

>Family Pictures
This folder is for pictures of Mane Six' families. Twilight Mother and Father, the Apple Family [Besides Big Mac, unless he's in a group picture], Ect.

>Gilda
This folder is only for pictures of Gilda.

>Fashion Ponies
This folder is only for pictures of Fashion Ponies, which includes Sapphire Shores, Photo Finish, ect.

Original Characters

This is where you get to show off your Original Characters! Please note that we do NOT take pony-creator images at all! Also to be included in this folder is the character Surprise, as well as Lauren Faust's Alicorn character.

>OCs with FiM characters
This is for your pictures of your OCs and canon characters.

Human or Anthro

Here is where you would put any humanized or anthropomorphized ponies. Any character goes here. If it's human or anthro, no matter who it is [even OCs] it belongs here.

Princessess

Our two favorite Princess Alicorns belong here, in any picture they are together. Any picture with Princess Luna and Princess Celestia belongs in this folder.

This is where pictures of Celestia alone belong.

>Princess Luna
This is where pictures of Luna alone belong.

OTHERx.x Fanfictions, Comics, Contests, ECT

This folder shouldn't have anything in it. It is a main folder to hold all of our "OTHER" Folders, but nothing belongs in this main one itself. Please do not submit here unless specifically asked.

>Fan-Fictions
Fan-fictions belong in this folder, and no where else.

>Photos
This folder is a little tricky. It is a sub-folder, but it has it's own set of subs as well. Things that go here are photos that do not belong in the other categories. For example: People wearing Pony Swag goes here, or makeup. Not a lot actually belongs in the main photo folder.
Examples:

_>Customs
Customs are when you take a canon, store-bought toy and edit it. This can range from shaving the pony and sculpting new hair, to completely re-painting it to be another character all together.

_{>Artisan Crafts}
This is where crafts go. Such as buttons, plushies, sculptures, ect. If you made a pony sculpture, for example, it belongs here, not in Customs. This is also where one would put pumpkin carvings, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other foods that are pony-related.

_{>Canon Toys}
Here is where you would put pictures of your canon toys. If you bought a pony and re-styled their hair to seem more accurate, this is where it would go. Alsp pictures of your toys in random places go here too.

_>Cosplay
And finally, this is where pictures of you or others dressed up as Pony characters. They can be humanoids or anthro or even quad costumes, they belong here.

>Animations
Here is where you would put animated pony art. Anything from pixel icons to full blown animated masterpieces. However, animations made form screenshots of the show belong in STAMPS.

>Stamps
This is where support/anti stamps for ponies go. This is also where animated banners from the show belong.

>Comics
If it's a comic, it belongs here. End of story.

>Sketchbook
Non-colored works belong here.

>Crossovers
Pretty self-explanatory, if you crossed over something non-pony into pony, then it goes here. This is also where other-Generation ponies with FiM ponies belong. [Exclusing Surprise in FiM.]

>Icon Contest/Unknown Sibling Contest
Locked. Both of these contests are over and therefore should not be submitted to.
